Simon Treweek is passionate about the outdoors and the Ocean. He began making films in high school when the school librarian lent him the school camera on weekends to take on his surfing adventures.
Simon’s images and words have been published in surf and outdoor magazines such as "Riptide" and "Wild". In 2012 he won the BOFA film festival "Essence of Tasmania" short film competition and in 2016 won the BOFA film festival "Tasmanian Parks, A place to connect" short film competition.
Simon lives in Tasmania with his wife and two children, who also share his passion for adventure and the outdoors.
